Trucking Company Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our trucking company to success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that we meet our goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
- A fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic
