Job Title: Truck Driver-Supervisor

Cranbrook Express (1980) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising truck drivers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Recommend measures to improve work methods and productivity, and resolve work problems as needed.
  • Train and develop the skills of truck drivers, and coordinate training programs as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility, organized, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's licence, and a clean driving record.
