About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's digital transformation strategy and driving business growth through the effective use of Salesforce technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical ownership of our Salesforce CRM platform, driving digital transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Architecture and Design: Collaborate with business partners to design and implement end-to-end architecture for Salesforce CRM, B2B Commerce, CPQ, and Customer Community, ensuring scalability and improving the end-user experience.
  • Project Management: Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, responsible for the development, integration, and operational support of our Salesforce CRM and associated integrated systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on design and architectural blueprints, review and provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, data flow, and project plans.
  • Business Acumen: Establish and deliver a roadmap to ensure that our CRM platforms and products remain current, deliver value, and support the needs of business stakeholders in terms of scalability, resilience, security, capacity, and operational maintenance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years as a Senior SFDC Architect in a mid to large-sized organization, with demonstrated leadership driving digital transformation.
  • Skills: Experienced with several full life-cycle Salesforce implementation, including Salesforce CRM, B2B Commerce, CPQ, and Salesforce Community. Proficient in Apex and Visual Force, with experience on Salesforce Lightning.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field, or the equivalent number of years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business Functional Experience: Related working experience in key business functional areas such as ERP, CRM, and SCM.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with HTML, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, and CSS, as well as experience developing customer-facing user interfaces.
