The Department of Medicine at Eagle Ridge Hospital seeks a highly skilled General Internist to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex inpatients with a focus on clinical care, teaching, and quality improvement
- Collaborate with other physicians, hospital staff, and administrators to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in MRP rounding, new consults, and critical care skills
- Staff the IM Rapid Access Clinic (RAC) and contribute to a collegial atmosphere
Compensation
The fee model will be a mix of fee for service and MOCAP. Competitive candidates will possess outstanding clinical, communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
