Retail Establishment President Job Description

Uniway Computer Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Establishment President to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of senior retail managers to ensure effective execution of retail operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent Uniway Computer Ltd in external forums and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail leadership roles, preferably in a senior management position.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
