Project Manager 2

Iron Systems is a leading provider of custom-built computing infrastructure platforms, delivering innovative solutions to customers worldwide. As a Project Manager 2, you will play a critical role in driving project success, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including directors, executives, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, including project management methodologies and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in the IT and/or telecom industry, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Hybrid methodologies, with the ability to apply them in a project management context.
