Project Manager 3

Iron Systems is a leading provider of custom-built computing infrastructure platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager 3 to lead our projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager III, managing large, complex projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting for medium to large size projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and cost control.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and holding third-party vendors accountable.
  • Proven experience in managing and prioritizing large, multiple complex projects, including project performance management, requirements, solution design, development, and testing.
  • Previous experience and thorough knowledge in Agile and Agile/Hybrid methodology.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT and/or telecom experience preferred (wireline, wireless, converged).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Institute-Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification is preferred.
  • Certified in People Change Management (e.g. Prosci) is desired.
  • Any additional applicable certification(s) not listed above but are significant to the Project Manager II role (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
