**About the Role**

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in a Permanent Part-Time capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Administer and collect outcome measurement information to track client progress.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services.
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program.
  • ADP authorization is an asset.
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months).
  • Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance.
