Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Physiotherapist

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Administer and collect outcome measurement information to inform treatment decisions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Engage in continuous learning and skills development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
  • ADP authorization is an asset
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
  • Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
