Job Title: Environmental Project Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled Environmental Project Coordinator to join our team at FLINT Corp. As a key member of our environmental services team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and track schedules and progress using project management tools.
  • Review and amend data entries to ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations while maintaining detailed project documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of project reports and seamless coordination.
  • Assist in resource allocation, monitor availability, and partner with PMs to track budgets, report variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulations while completing administrative duties and generating progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Holds a Technical Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field with over 4 years of experience in environmental consulting and strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication abilities, engaging effectively at all levels and building strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments, fostering a cooperative and supportive atmosphere.
  • Strong skills in setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate, organized documentation.
  • Possesses in-depth understanding of regulatory guidelines, ensuring adherence and best practices in environmental projects.
