Job Title: Director of Operations

Circle Wellness is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to oversee the construction and operational build-out of two new spa locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of hospitality operations, and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction process of the new spa locations, including coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational systems for the new locations, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), staff training programs, and customer service protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Director to ensure consistency in service quality and operational efficiency across all locations.
  • Establish inventory management, fulfillment, and point-of-sale systems that align with the company's goals and customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate overall business performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects and opening new business locations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in contract review and drafting, with a strong understanding of legal compliance in business operations.
