Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Castlemore Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the construction process
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of construction materials and equipment
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery
Work Environment

Our construction sites are located throughout the city, and you will be required to travel to various locations to perform your duties.
