Cuso International invites applications for the position of International Development Advisor to support the implementation of the BLUEPRINTS project in the Caribbean region. You will work closely with National Conservation Trust Funds (NCTFs) to strengthen their capacity to effectively monitor performance and effectiveness of its programs.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting the development of results-based gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation procedures, conducting assessments of staff capacity to implement gendered policies, programs, and services, and providing training on development of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools.
The project aims to build the capacity of NCTFs operating in eight countries to implement local, nature-based solutions for climate change adaptation and mitigation with a gender-responsive lens.
