Our comprehensive platform includes an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, and marketing technology, all built in-house. We have two compounding pharmacies and a team of in-house physicians providing world-class care through a fully vertically integrated business model.

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Lead to drive our marketing efforts and propel our growth to the next level. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketing executive with a proven track record of leading and scaling marketing teams, driving revenue growth, and building a powerful brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels, aligning with business goals and driving growth.
  • Set the vision for the company's overall marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Lead cross-functional campaigns that align marketing, sales, product, and customer success strategies.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring each member is supported and empowered to achieve their goals.
  • Own revenue growth initiatives through customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies to optimize channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and more).
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and measure campaign success.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in leadership roles (preferably in high-growth environments or digital-first companies).
  • Proven ability to scale marketing efforts and deliver sustained revenue growth.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, brand development, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make strategic decisions based on data.
  • Hands-on experience across all marketing channels, including paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
