Winona is a leading telemedicine company that provides hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women in menopause. With a fully vertically integrated business model, we've built all our technology in-house, including an electronic health record (EHR), patient care administration system, patient portal, website, and marketing technology.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned marketing executive to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading and scaling marketing teams, driving revenue growth, and building a powerful brand presence. As a Senior Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across all channels, overseeing a diverse team, and working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead marketing strategy to align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Set the vision for the company's overall marketing initiatives, ensuring the brand's voice is consistent and impactful across all channels.
  • Lead cross-functional campaigns that align marketing, sales, product, and customer success strategies.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring each member is supported and empowered to achieve their goals.
  • Own revenue growth initiatives through customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies to optimize channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and more).
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and measure campaign success.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to scale marketing efforts and deliver sustained revenue growth.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, brand development, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make strategic decisions based on data.
  • Hands-on experience across all marketing channels, including paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics.
