At LifeLabs, we're committed to improving patients' healthcare outcomes. As a Lab Patient Technician, you'll play a vital role in our team, working closely with patients and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care.

This is a temporary full-time role for 1 year with day shifts. You'll be responsible for the specimen collection process, from greeting patients to preparing specimens for transportation. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and requesting required information from patients, explaining the specimen collection process, and ensuring patients have followed necessary test protocol prior to specimen collection.
  • Performing phlebotomies, connecting/disconnecting holter monitors, and performing ECG tracings.
  • Maintaining client relationships, including responding to inquiries and following up on requests.
  • Completing data entry of required patient demographics, requisition information, and other information related to processing test results.
  • Preparing specimens for transportation and testing.

Hiring Range: 24.02 - 28.05
