About the Role

This is a temporary position with a duration of 12 months, supporting the operations of the national portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate logistics, schedule meetings, and manage complex calendars to support the CNO and the management team.
  2. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, and maintain files in SharePoint.
  3. Assist with external business associate interactions, client communications, and provincial/national committee participation.
Qualifications
  • College Diploma in Business Administration, or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
  • Direct work experience in a Coordinator capacity in a healthcare environment is an asset.
  • Experience with documentation management systems and client relationship systems would be an asset.
