Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business transformation by analyzing and improving existing processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain business architecture models and frameworks to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on business initiatives.
  • Analyze industry trends and market developments to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value through process improvements and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
