As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
  • Investigate and document non-conformances, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they understand and follow GMP procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of validation and qualification activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of validation and qualification activities to meet business objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a quality assurance or validation role in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills, with ability to create clear and concise reports and documentation.
  • Proficiency in a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office and specialized validation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, or equivalent preferred.
