Job Description:

The role of an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Administrator at Zanchin Automotive Group involves performing various tasks related to accounts payables and receivables. This includes processing payments, reconciling and posting daily deposits, maintaining accurate ledgers, and managing cash control.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including visa payments and on-demand cheques.
  • Reconcile and post daily deposits in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
  • Monitor accounts receivables aging and take action to resolve late payments.
  • Perform cash balancing, bank deposits, and reconciliations.
