Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our Corporate Finance team.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor payables and employee expense reports
  • Oversee vendor onboarding/offboarding and expense reporting system for new hires
  • Assist with expense rebilling and accounts receivable processes
  • Support management company operations and policy compliance
  • Collaborate with internal/external teams for smooth financial operations
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and vendor analysis
Qualifications:
  • Degree in accounting or finance
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in private equity
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Workday experience a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the Accounting/Auditing and Finance job function. We are looking for candidates with experience in Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals industries.
