About the Role
Avison Young is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our brokers and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain legal documents, including letters of intent, offers, and listing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage property listings, including updating records, preparing documentation, and coordinating with agents and clients.
- Provide administrative support for internal and external correspondence, including file management, scanning, and photocopying.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating client-specific packages, presentations, and proposals, and updating listings on our website and other platforms.
- Conduct market research, analyzing data from various sources, including CRM and third-party databases, to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience, with a strong understanding of industry practices and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of business software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
