About the Role

EPCOR is seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. As a Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement process, from identification of need to contract execution and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business needs
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Provide subject matter expertise on procurement best practices and policies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, trade agreements, and procurement best practices

Requirements

  • 2-year post-secondary diploma or 4-year degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in category-based buying and negotiating contracts
  • Purchasing Designation (SCMP, C.P.M. or C.P.P.O.) considered an asset
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
