Are you a numbers enthusiast looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? Plan Group is seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including cash monitoring, general journal postings, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with HST and PST filings, as well as audit requests from external auditors.
  • Collaborate with the corporate finance team on projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with finance team members, business units, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements:

  • University/College diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or relevant education.
  • 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP and other ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment and handle strict deadlines.
