About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Arterra Wines Canada team as a Millwright II. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining company assets to ensure business continuity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and building systems
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Conduct changeovers and setups as required to meet production schedules
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues
  • Execute duties in a consistent manner with plant safety, sanitation standards, and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Industrial Mechanic / Millwright Trade Certification
  • High school diploma
  • Valid Red Seal certification preferred
  • Bottling or plant manufacturing experience and asset
  • Ability to work shifts, including days, afternoons, midnights, overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Motivated to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new computer programs
