Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all general accounting activities - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements - Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts - Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Implement and maintain effective internal control systems - Coordinate internal and external audits - Advise management on strategic financial decisions - Ensure compliance with local and international tax requirements.
Requirements
CPA designation - Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial accounting - Experience as a controller in a fast-growth environment - Experience in personnel management - Experience in the construction or real estate sectors (an asset) - Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Functional bilingualism: clear written and oral communication (in French and English)
