  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach employees to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, respond to customer requests, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
