Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Rizing, a Wipro Company, specializes in HR and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions based on SAP SuccessFactors. Our team focuses on creating efficient and connected HR processes by prioritizing employee experience, payroll, engagement, workforce analysis, and training management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the product implementation team to deliver successful implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central products and processes.
  • Advise on business process improvement on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
  • Ensure the product implementation team delivers the Employee Central module on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards expected by Rizing, which meets the customers' specifications and best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for complex HR and payroll challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in Employee Central (including Time Management and Global Benefits) implementation.
  • At least 3 full implementations on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
  • Strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project.
  • SAP ECC HCM consulting experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Work Environment and Special Consideration:

Works in a professional and/or remote office environment.

Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.
