Your Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Master Barber to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and working collaboratively with our experienced barbers to maintain the highest standards of quality.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$20/hour, performance-based pay, retail and service commissions, tips paid out daily in cash, and a range of benefits including health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, and flexible hours.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a trained Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist with excellent customer service skills, adaptability, and a strong understanding of the latest industry trends. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
As a Master Barber, your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, identifying their preferences, providing expert recommendations, demonstrating high-quality technical skills, building lasting relationships with loyal customers, maintaining grooming stations, and maximizing retail opportunities through effective chair education.
