At Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop, we're seeking a highly skilled Master Barber to join our team at our Beacon Hill location in Calgary. As a Master Barber, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing top-notch haircuts to our clients.

Salary: $18-$20 per hour, based on performance

Job Description:

  • Welcome customers and conduct thorough consultations to identify their preferences
  • Provide expert recommendations based on face shapes and tastes
  • Demonstrate high-quality technical skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
  • Build lasting relationships with loyal customers
  • Maintain grooming stations and sterilize tools
  • Maximize retail opportunities through effective chair education
