Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that our inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to prevent quality issues.

Manage Budget and Reports

Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment is required.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality control.

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods, physically demanding work, and attention to detail are required.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential.

Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
