Food Service Team Lead

At Robins Donut, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our donut shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Our donut shop is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
