Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Farm Supervisor to join our team at Log Barn 1912 Enterprises Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock, and maintaining the highest standards of farm safety and bio-security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat livestock health issues
  • Direct and supervise agricultural crops deleafing activities
  • Monitor and maintain animal health records
  • Oversee the process of hoeing crops and supervise milking operations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting
  • Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
