About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Helper to join our team at Brar's Flawless Finish Drywall. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and finishing of drywall in various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and organize salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Operate machines and equipment used in construction, such as drywall saws and sanders.
  • Assemble plywood panels and prepare wall and ceiling layouts.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment location.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Own transportation to and from job sites.
Work Environment

Our team works in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and on-site work. We offer a bonus structure and paid learning/training opportunities. Parking is available on site.

Language and Hours

This role requires English language proficiency and a commitment to working 36 to 42 hours per week.
