We are seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at M S B TRADING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, evaluating sales performance, and planning and organizing inventory management.

Job Description
  • Direct and control daily retail operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient sales processes.
  • Evaluate daily sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase revenue and productivity.
  • Plan and organize inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  3. Determine merchandise and services to be sold, considering customer preferences and industry trends.
  4. Implement price and credits policies, balancing profitability with customer needs.
  5. Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating optimal prices.
  6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.
  7. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profit maximization.
  8. Determine staffing requirements, recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff as needed.
  9. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and other relevant software applications.

M S B TRADING LTD. offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
