Diagnostic Advisor - Customer Experience

Riverside Opticalab Ltd, a world-leading manufacturer and supplier of optical solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Advisor - Customer Experience to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide diagnostic support to customers and internal teams to identify and resolve issues related to optical solutions.
  • Assess job orders and feasibility, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with lab operation teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and their positioning to provide expert diagnostic support.
  • Train customer experience teams on new technologies, innovations, and lenses.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, focusing on customer satisfaction and return rates.
Requirements:
  • Licenced Optician (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in optics or a similar field
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to organize time and ensure follow-ups
  • Strong team player with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
