About the Role

The Vice President, North America Merchandising, Women's will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive merchandising strategy that aligns with our brand vision. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and a consistent brand story across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a strategic merchandising plan that drives business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with Global Merchandising, North America Retail, Brand Marketing, and Planning & Allocations to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Rearchitect the role of Women's Regional Merchandising for North America, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a merchant and/or leader in women's apparel, with a strong understanding of performance apparel and vertical retail
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
