We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Analyst in Guelph, Ontario. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their accounting career to the next level.
About the Role:This role will involve providing expert accounting support to various departments, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cost Accounting, and General Accounting. You will be responsible for recording monthly journal entries, reconciling balance sheets and income statements, and preparing detailed variance analysis reports.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger accounts
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with 3-5 years of experience in accounting. You should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Yardi, is a must.
