Night Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Supervisor to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Night Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the nighttime care team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and address any resident concerns or issues that may arise during the night
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
