Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mark's. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Assist the Store Manager in preparing and executing annual inventories.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, including loss prevention, cash handling, and OH&S.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote Mark's culture and values.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Superior training and mentoring skills.
- Basic computer skills required.
