Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at International Camouflage Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing data and providing insights to improve business performance.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that inventory is properly stored and secured.
- Equipment and Supplies: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that the warehouse is properly equipped to meet business demands.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: Initiative, organized, reliable, team player, and proactive.
