Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, estimating ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports, and overseeing the assembly and delivery of food trolleys.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to provide guidance and support to junior staff members.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
