Executive Culinary Operations Manager

At TEA POT CHINA BISTRO, we are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. This is a permanent full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Kitchen Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Catering and Events: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, establish methods to meet work schedules, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
