Job Title: Sushi Master
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Master to join our culinary team at Midori. As a Sushi Master, you will be responsible for creating exceptional sushi dishes, leading a team of chefs, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook sushi dishes to order
- Lead a team of chefs in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure high-quality standards are met in all dishes
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a sushi chef
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment:
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
