Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Central Parking. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in customer outreach programs to inform customers about our latest technology innovations and promote purchases of parts, supplies, and service contracts.
  • Perform market research and prospecting for target market segments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of advertising materials, promotional programs, public relations, and website content development and search engine optimization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a B2B social media marketing program to engage with customers and promote our brand.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and executing marketing plans for industry trade organizations, including identifying opportunities for us to exhibit and attend industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting quotations in response to requests for quotations.
Requirements:
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong presentation skills in one-on-one meetings and group settings.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum University Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Working knowledge of website software development tools.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business-to-business inside sales related to enterprise software solutions that reside within complex, large-scale network environments.
  • Digital marketing program certification.
  • Bilingual (French and English languages).
  • Previous experience working in the parking access and revenue control business or a related industry, Security Access Control, Building Control Systems.
  • Industry experience with website development and content management.
  • Industry experience with management of social media campaigns, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Industry experience with use of Enterprise-level Customer Relationship Management tools, Salesforce.
