We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our new 100-bed long term care facility in Kamloops, BC.

About the Role:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of residents to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and provide personal care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and direct care staff to ensure high-quality care is provided to residents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and services.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
