Job SummaryThis is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.84 plus benefits. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assessments, medication administration, and supervision of care staff.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise and direct care staff to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience in dementia care is an asset.
- Competitive hourly rate of $32.84 plus benefits.
