About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Osmow's Shawarma. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
