Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management

    • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.

    • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and present high-quality dishes, meeting customer expectations.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
    • Manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
      • Experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
      • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
