Solutions Expert Inc. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Willing to relocate
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Experience in reports and records, financial statements, and invoices
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
